Countries we ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark.

Shipping Rate & Shipping Method
Free shipping on orders over $199. For orders under $199, shipping cost will follow our system shipping template.
All orders are shipped from our China warehouse and will be processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
We use air shipping including FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL and USA Air Express. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days.
We reserve the right to use an equivalent shipping carrier when necessary.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and related fees for their purchases.
We are not liable for shipment delays caused by customs clearance. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged, broken, delayed, lost or stolen due to customs inspection.

Damaged, Missing or Defective Items
Please notify us of damaged, missing or defective goods within 48 hours upon delivery. Clear photos of the goods and packaging must be sent to us promptly for verification.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your parcel is dispatched. We will closely monitor your shipment status to support smooth delivery.

Packaging
We use eco-friendly packing materials to deliver your crystals safely and reduce carbon footprint. All packing supplies, including bubble wrap, are reusable, recyclable or biodegradable.
