1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per item.

2. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our China warehouse.

3. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders will typically ship between 2-4 business days. (Busy holiday season may be slightly longer. )

4. What countries can you ship to?
We ship to US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark.

5. Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. What if items arrive broken, missing or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel, and provide photos of damaged items and packaging. We will handle your case accordingly.

7. Do you offer custom crystal products?
Yes, we support custom crystal items. Please send us your detailed requirements via email.
